However, when I visited the restaurant and placed my order, the waitress informed me that she was unaware of the special. After checking with the manager, she returned to let me know that the special had expired, and they wouldn't honor it, despite the inaccurate information I received over the phone. Seriously, Pizza Hut, please update your website, ensure your staff is knowledgeable about the specials they offer, and improve communication skills when interacting with customers.
I visited the Canton Pizza Hut website to see their specialties, and one particular item caught my eye— it was listed as a special. However, when I arrived at the restaurant and placed my order, the waitress seemed unaware of this special. When the restaurant first opened, both the food and service were excellent. However, during our last three visits, we encountered several issues. On two occasions, we had to wait far too long to be seated. During our most recent visit, we were seated, ordered a salad, but then the staff never came back to take our pizza order. After waiting for a long time, we decided to get up, pay for our salad, and leave.
