I accidentally placed my order in the wrong location, but the manager, Jeremiah, was kind enough to make it for me at no charge. That was an extremely generous gesture, and I truly appreciate it!

I was very disappointed with my experience. The smoothie looked and tasted like water, and the wrap fell short of expectations. I wouldn't recommend returning here.

The white corridor walls are marred by numerous poorly painted-over spots; a uniform paint job would greatly improve the appearance. During my visit today, I was informed that they were out of blueberries while glancing at the menu, and I couldn't help but notice the dirty cables coming from the POS system and the counter area. After placing my order, I glanced at the sink behind the employee and was dismayed to see it was dirty, with pink mold around the hot tap and grime inside the sink. The entire food preparation area could benefit from a thorough cleaning. Additionally, the men's bathroom door and walls are stained with black marks, suggesting they haven't been cleaned in quite some time. While the health inspection score of 91 is decent, I wouldn't feel comfortable returning as a customer if cleanliness isn't prioritized. It's essential for businesses to consider the cleanliness and overall experience of their customers.

Stood in the register for almost 15 minutes, while two workers do not say a word to me next to ask if I had an online order to which I replied No. They acted as if I was an annoyance that gave me side-tracks while they run pointless jobs like about straw. While I was waiting, another girl came looking for a straw. The employees were in the back, so I helped her look and we couldn't find anyone. An employee comes out and asks her and she points out, saying, "Yes," and she didn't finish her sentence because she had already turned around. I stood there for two minutes I didn't even look at, then I went out.

Over the last couple of weeks, I have been on a mission to try most of the smoothies, instead of my usual Island Green. All of the smoothies have been amazing! The staff is always friendly and pleasant!! My only major concern I have is for management to stress the importance of staff cleansing hands, especially after touching their hair. Almost every single visit, the young ladies are fixing their hair or tying it back prior to fixing my smoothie. This is totally unsanitary! No one should be touching their hair in an area where food and drinks are being prepared. I?m giving 5-stars simply because the staff are always pleasant along with food and smoothies. The sanitary concerns are a teachable moment for the young staff.
