Contribuisci feedbackIt took the staff nearly 10 minutes to bring our food out. They asked us to pull up and wait, but it took a long time. The food was good, but they did not have cheese sauce available. I used to work at Wendy's as a manager and we always had cheese sauce ready by this time in the morning, it's 9:30 am. Additionally, the girl who served us smelled strongly of marijuana, which made me uncomfortable with my two young children in the car asking about the smell. I was also annoyed when the girl kept asking "anything else?" multiple times while we were trying to decide what to order for my son. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the experience.
I have been waiting at the drive-thru for a long time for my food, and so have others. It's taking forever for just four cars to get their to-go orders. This is unacceptable.
Overall, Wendy's fast food restaurant in Canton offers fresh and better-tasting food compared to others in the area. Some of the workers are friendly and seem to enjoy their job, while others can be moody and act like taking orders is a burden. Service can be rushed, with employees immediately cutting you off after you order. It would be nice to have a moment to breathe between ordering items. Thank you.

Came through around 9:30pm. Simple mess up on our order, no big deal. We pulled back through to have it remade and the boy at the window had ridiculous attitude and pretended to be overly confused. Remade our food. Parked to eat for a second time only to find that it was incorrect. Again. And there was 2 hairs laid perfectly across the sandwich underneath the bun. Pulled BACK through the drive through straight to the 2nd window with my MALE partner driving and finally got no attitude from the teenager. After we asked for a manager, we asked for a full refund due to the food quality, the multiple inconveniences, the 45 minute ordeal and the awful attitude of the entire staff(including the manager).Manager rudely demanded he wasn't refunding ANYTHING until he threw our food away himself, even though we SHOWED him how bad it was right at the window and told him about our experience. At this point we were late to our event and had been at this Wendy's for almost an HOUR and STILL hadn't eaten and were now would have been asking for a THIRD remake, and after the nastiness and attitude just wanted a refund and couldn't even get that.AWFUL STAFF. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
