Whataburger - Canton

I visited a few days ago, and the food was fantastic as always. The manager, Jeremy, stepped in to ensure my order was correct when I didn't get cheese on my burger, and he even brought it out himself. The rest of the front staff was also outstanding. Keep up the excellent work!

This is the best Whataburger I've ever visited. The staff truly goes above and beyond. Riley, in particular (I hope I spelled that right!) with the pink hair, is an outstanding employee. I did have one minor issue where a burger wasn't fully cooked, but it was resolved quickly. This incident occurred during the shift before the graveyard shift, and I’ve never had any problems with the graveyard team. The food is consistently well-prepared, and the quality is always reliable. I’ve never been let down by the level of service. Even when mistakes happen, the staff addresses them professionally and ensures everything is corrected.

I go here often. The quality is consistent, and even when it isn't they make it right. The staff is welcoming and always treats us how we treat them (with big smiles and friendliness). Big thanks to Alex and my gf and I's best friend with the red hair onearly bird shift.

Slowest Whataburger ever!! : most of the time the employees are super nice helpful but the one at this window was not friendly at all, didn?t even greet me! Plus the burger was made so sloppy! I?m talking tomato sliding off only one tomato noteven big enough to cover the patty), lettuce everywhere but the middle of the burger and the avocado mash was globbed on socrooked half of it was in the burger wrapping! Gross : Normally I love Whataburger but this location has a harsh vibe.

I have to say, the service was incredible! I had a few drinks and asked for extra grilled onions on my Whataburger grilled chicken strip sandwich, and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. The sandwich was not only beautiful but absolutely delicious! The staff was amazing—so kind and generous. They truly deserve a raise, corporate! You better recognize their hard work! I can't express enough how grateful I am for the great experience! Cheers to you, Whataburger!
