Yoon Sushi - Canton

The place is truly amazing. Fresh, authentic.best shushi I've ever had.

Fabulous sushi. The best in town. We had the rainbow and dragon rolls but my favourite is the caterpillar! Just order it. You won't regret it! Putting it simply the staff couldn't do enough. Loved the green tea top ups and iced water this never happens in the U.K. And I'd recommend the cold sake. So smooth and tasty!

I have visited Yoon Sushi several times and have never been disappointed. Upon entering this day, I was instantly greeted. The restaurant boasts an intimate feel. Although the restaurant is small, they have made good use of their space. I got a lunch special of Teriyaki Chicken with Fried Rice. I ordered a bowl of Miso Soup as well. The Miso Soup was delicious. It tasted fresh, it was hot, and was perfect for a chilly day. The food took a bit long to come out, especially since there were only two other tables. The Chicken Teriyaki was the best Teriyaki Chicken I've ever had. When I saw it on the plate, I was concerned that the Teriyaki Sauce was going to be extremely salty, but it was not. The sauce was flavored well, and light tasting. The Chicken had a crisp outside, and juicy inside. The Fried Rice was also amazing. The Rice was cooked perfectly-no crunchy pieces. All the ingredients were fresh as well, and not too salty. I will definitely return when I'm the area.

We'll be back!. We haven't been to Yoon Sushi in over a year. It wasn't that great. It is now under new management and word of mouth is that big changes have occured. The food was fantastic, the service was very friendly and the atmosphere is excellent. Great place for lunch, a night out or a special occasion.
