1st we had to repeat our order a couple of times. 2nd they still rang my husband up for BBQ wings instead of sweet n spicy. They mixed up the drinks and I ended up sipping root beer that I despise. We got home and they had forgotten a wings and things meal all together. I understand being short staffed and it taking a while but at least get the order somewhat close. At least the food was good. This place lies to it's patrons. I ordered a basket of fries and they repeated back to me BASKET of fries. They then charged my card and gave me a large order if fries. UPDATE: The General Manager is SUPER NICE and gave us the option of replacing our order or getting a refund as soon as we spoke to him. Spoke to Asa (supposedly the manager) regarding the items missed in my order I picked up in the drive through. As well as discussing their employee that did not secure the lids on drinks causing a mess in my vehicle. Asa is not cut out to be a manager or is even qualified to work in fast food. Asa didn’t seem to care as he didn’t attempt to fix the issue nor offer a resolution. I cannot recommend this location and Asa might want to consider another line of work as this is apparently to difficult of a job for his lack of skill set.
