This restaurant is not good. The service is for takeout only, and the meal type is dinner. The price per person is $30–50. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a rating of 2.
In order to become a manager, one must meet certain criteria, including having customer service experience. However, the manager at this restaurant lacks any leadership or customer service skills. She should not be in a position of leadership or teaching others. She is rude, makes disrespectful comments towards customers, and is unwilling to go above and beyond. If employees wore name tags, I could tell you her name. It seems they may have been hired for this specific reason.
I ordered a small frosty and a large fry 10 minutes before I got to the restaurant, once I got there I spent 15 minutes waiting to even have someone answer the drive thru speaker. Once I got to the window they seemed very confused about what my order was and even after repeating I just had a small frosty and a large fry more than once I was still given the wrong food (which also had a hair in it). I had to go inside to finally get my large fry and even then it was only half filled, not fully cooked, and my frosty was chunky at the bottom.
I don't know if this is just here or all Wendy's know, but their Caesar salad has turned into an absolute rip off. They no longer offer a crispy chicken option and the salad was severely lacking in substance (just lettuce and grilled chicken). They've also decreased salad size. When I inquired about the chicken, the employee got a bit aggressive with me when I was surprised by the change. The sound quality of the drive through speaker was so poor, I could hardly make out what was said. The manager of this Wendy's needs to be hung for such a criminal misrepresentation of this franchise.
