Everest Burgers - CANYON COUNTRY

This burger joint was recommended by a friend, I can honestly say it was delectable. Not a huge fan of California style burgers, but this establishment does it well. My only gripe was the cleanliness of the tables. Other than that I would recommend. Definitely better than a in then out burger! ?

New owner, but always top Notch food. My favorite is the Chicken Caesar salad. It's huge. Olives good dressing and grilled chicken. Always a winner. Burgers are also great and a ton of pommes.

This place was curling food, so I thought it was worth waiting to order here. The ladies run the register and serving food were crazy nice and helpful. The bacon avocado burger was good, beautiful size and seasoned well. Sizes for the pages were great. We also got an Asada Burrito that looked good, but the meat was hard and everything was like it was just out of the refrigerator. Heck, the cheese wasn't even melted... even the fried chicken salad. The tomatoes, onions and eggs were on their top for days. Another huge part, so we picked them and could eat something else, but maybe it was a free day? We'll try again, but now we're at the fence.

I have to say that this could be the best fast food burger I had. The meat was tasty with a beautiful grilled taste, the vegetables were fresh and crispy, and the bread was not your typical soggy, white bread. I definitely come back!

I miss Everest. Ever since moving away, I realize there is nothing comparable for good hearty food at a great price. Hope they consider opening more locations, especially in AV. Those pancakes are yummy!
