While I am typically very understanding of the pressures and demands of service work, my recent experience at Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt was, regrettably, one I would not like to repeat. Despite the quality of their frozen yogurt, the level of customer service was shockingly poor, marred by the attitude of a particular staff member.The frozen yogurt itself was nothing short of phenomenal – rich in flavor and smooth in texture. The selection was impressive, offering a tantalizing variety to please any palate. It was, unfortunately, not enough to outshine the dim light cast by the service experience.The individual working behind the counter exhibited an unpleasant demeanor, not just to my party but seemingly to every patron in the shop. Her dissatisfaction with her job was palpable and visibly clear. We were greeted with an air of disinterest and served with an attitude that ranged from dismissive to outright rude.While I understand that everyone has bad days, the level of rudeness displayed during my visit was inexcusable and significantly detracted from the overall experience. I believe that everyone deserves to work in an environment that they enjoy, and it was evident that this wasn't the case for this particular employee.It is with regret that I feel obliged to leave this one-star review. My hope is that this feedback encourages management to address this issue and ensure a positive customer experience in the future. A great product can only go so far if the service doesn't match up. Despite the delightful frozen yogurt, the service left a sour taste that lingers.

Nothing wrong with the yogurt but the staff was rude. Very rude. Didn't try to help and was least interested to be behind the counter.

Out of alot of toppings. Close earlier than they used to.
