We all thoroughly enjoyed our evening, being served by the pleasant staff, and feasting on the delicious food. I won't be waiting until the next grandchild turns 13 to dine there again!
Have been waiting an hour, still no food. 1 cook, 1 waitress on a Friday night. Coik can only seem to do one order at a time.
Had a really delicious family meal here. Everything was cooked perfectly and there was plenty of it! Good gluten free options and they took great care in the kitchen as I am a Coeliac. Great service. Will definitely be back.
After having some negative experiences in recent years, we decided to give Monty's another try and visited on a Saturday evening. We were pleased to see that they had improved. Despite a new takeaway place across the road, we prefer Montezumas for its proper restaurant atmosphere and quirky decorations. The restaurant has a mix of booths and tables, and is popular with young families, making for a lively atmosphere. The food was delicious and the service had greatly improved. We didn't need a free voucher to want to return, but the discount in the Entertainment book was a bonus. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to watch the cooking time for the enchiladas, as ours were slightly overcooked. Additionally, we recommend letting the plates cool down in the kitchen before serving to prevent burns for both staff and customers.
We happened to walk in off the street and were fortunate to get a table. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the staff was very friendly.
