Contribuisci feedbackRefined cuisine, impeccable service, we spent an excellent evening with family. The menu offers a choice of two dishes for entry, main dish and dessert. The wine recommended by the server was appropriate, the original cocktails. The chief is going to ask about our feeling at the end of service. These students will go far... thanks to them.
Bravo to girls with a special mention to Sandra who does not stop for a second. The contents of the plate are correct both in quantity and in quality but it doesn’t do everything, the staff counts for the time being a great bravo to all because the restaurant was full and not an ounce of pissing damage not to see the bosses give a hand and tell them the good of the staff.

We had already tested, the application restaurant on noon and we already found very well, but there, this Molluscs and Crustacé evening was fabulous and far beyond our expectations.... To start a cappuccino curb of bouillabaisse served in a cup of coffee with whipped as a real cappuccino .... But as a coffee, the bouillabaisse... Reduced fish with delicate and subtle scents... Our taste buds were in appetites... In the middle of the room the buffet consisted of shells, oysters of Belon, oysters of 'Arcachon, shrimps, urchins, knives and mussels (chaudes). At table a impeccable service with a waitress in small care.. Three small sauces per person based on crab chunks, sea spider, lemony and winged mayonnaise.. And of course the butter with full bread or white bread.... After this wonderful buffet, we had the chance to taste the chipirons accompanied by a châtaigne purée.... And to finish a trilogy of desserts around the chocolate (white chocolate mousse, creamy and mellow chocolate) a tuerie... If you have to find a critique is that the meal was almost too copied!...... But we ate it all!!! So it's saying if it was more than good!!! Our children are looking forward to going back... and we too... Indeed, we were there with our two children (ados) who were very well received and the teacher who offered in the room had even planned chicken supremes for them because he did not affect the seafood too much.... In short, a fabulous menu, a pro service and a great teacher (as we would like to meet more often) pedagogue, welcoming, helpful and professional.. BRAVO to All and congratulations to the cooks who in the shadows delight us....... Only one advice book fast if you want to participate.. Next evening around a seafood buffet on Tuesday 27 November...... Otherwise the noon is top too.. Small tip: the menu schedule is on the application restaurant website...
