The ribs were lacking moisture and meatiness. The server was extremely attentive.

I really enjoy Rib City. Every time we go there, it feels like being with family. The food is always delicious and we have a great time.

The food is fantastic and the service from the waitress was quick. The ambiance gives off a vintage vibe.

I visited this restaurant to commend the outstanding customer service! I placed an order for pick up at 6:15 last night, but due to work obligations, I was only able to pick up my food 2 hours later. The kind woman who answered the phone (maybe Holly?) and the manager were incredibly friendly. They offered to remake my order so it would be fresh and hot. Overall, the only downside was that the portions were small. Thank you, ladies!
