Wingstop - Cape Coral

Well you definitely get what you pay for. If you want frozen TGI Fridays wings from the freezer section on your grocery store this is the place. Worst ?wing? of my life by far. We are huge wing Connoisseur?s, from Florida to Buffalo,NY to Montana to Texas and in between, this is the worst.

I typically don?t give bad reviews, I just don?t go back. However, this was such a miserable experience I feel it?s my duty to my community to warn others. We arrived at 8:45 pm. It took 35 min to get our order. Didn?t expect it to be that long, as it seems like a fast casual kind of place, but whatever. The fries were soggy, overcooked, and cold. The wings were tough and dry, sauce was nonexistent except for the unappetizing pool UNDER my wings. Now, usually if we are going to get a take home order somewhere for the kids, we will eat about half our meal then put the take home order in. Since it took so long to get our initial order, we decided to go ahead and order the next one right away. 1 hour and 10 min later we were finally able to leave. My husband says our order was sitting on the counter for literally 15 min so the food will probably be cold and gross by the time we get home. We will never go back. I?d rather eat the wings at the cheap pizza place on Santa Barbara or anywhere really. As long as I don?t have to sit in uncomfortable chairs for an hour and 45 min. And I?m pretty sure I don?t need to listen to 80?s music any more for the rest of my life.

Wings were delicious (only reason I give it 4 stars). However, the workers forgot half my order of wings so I had to return after I was halfway home. Fries were burnt so they tried to cover up with a ton of cheese making the fries super soggy. Overall good wings. Hopefully next time I visit they don?t forget half of my order.

We won't be back here. Service was good but the French Fries are soggy and some are black. Loaded with grease. I tried broiling them for a few minutes but so much oil in them that they can't crisp they are going straight to the trash. No sauce boneless wings were good. Boneless with sauce very soggy. Not happy. McDonald's would of been better but I don't eat there. Totally ruined meal. Hiw can you mess up French fries come on now.

This location always has great service and better wings. Store is kept clean as well.
