The last three times I've been there, the food was cold when they brought it to us?There won't be a fourth...

My parents and I came in for lunch. The restaurant was not busy, we waited 10 minutes for a table. We had to ask several times for silverware, condiments, and drinks. The waitress was very hateful, would not give us a to-go box, we even had to ask the hostess for a pen for our check because our waitress wouldn’t give us one. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant regarding service.

This is my fourth and last time I tried them! The pancakes were cold all four visits and the service was AWFUL! ! They “forgot,” one of my kids orders and served it late, and of course, cold! Never again!

Me an my kids came in to eat, not only was I shocked at what I was hear, I guess the girl seat me an my kids down at that server table an next thing I hear is why she seat them at my table I'm not waiting on them, now as a customer that was rude an totally unprofessional she was loud too then I ask to speak to the manager cause now no only am I not eating there it need to be reported this lady looks at me an say I'm the manager i really was over shocked because the server that was talking all loud an rude about a customer that server was talking to the lady that said she was a manager. I was out done an no I didn't know the server so it was nothing personal. Look like ihop needs to reevaluate there servers as well as their management... I just got my kids an left went some where else to eat
