They don't take any care in food preparation. Gyoza should not be deep fried, rice tastes stale and off putting on the rolls. Pull it out of the fridge or freezer and slap it together. That is all i got. And not in a timely manner. I don't expect this to be the same as I've had in japan, or any other Japanese style restaurant, but should still have a certain amount of quality and care in how it is prepared and served.
Just terrible. Had to pay a (sneakily applied) service fee to do business with this place. Let me repeat I had to pay them a fee, to give them my money for their service. Obviously I didn’t realize it until after I left and checked the bill, too late to cancel the order. The lifetime value of this customer just went to $0.00. I will never go again, and tell everyone I know to avoid this trap. A pure money grab from a greedy business owner. I was hoping the food would rescue the terrible management. The rice on the sushi was dirty, they never cleaned the knife. They use *massive* amounts of rice on their rolls. They forgot the wasabi for three rolls. All signs of a very poorly run and poorly managed establishment. Never, never again.
Awesome place with great food and very helpful/knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend going here.
Not impressed what so ever. After waiting 45 minutes for our food it was mediocre at best. I ordered the lobster roll and was very let down on the lack of flavor and the fact that they use imitation crab. The service was great.
The only place I will consider for sushi in Cape G.
