Panda Express - Cape Girardeau

It’s really horrible fried rice. No salt no soy bean sauce. I tried many different Panda Express before. This fired rice was the most horrible one I have ever eaten.

I'm not the kind of person that write reviews, but this time, I kinda had to. I'm a truck driver. I bobtailed to the establishment, and to my surprise, the lobby was closed but the drive thru was open. Logically, I wouldn't go through the drive thru because of the size of my vehicle. I tapped in the window to get someone's attention. A lady saw me, I showed her that I drove a semi truck, and she said no and proceeded to continue her way. All I ask of your employees is to show some sympathy to truck drivers who want a warm meal by opening your doors to them because I doubt that you guys would like a semi truck going through your drive thru (not reasonable). It's a small ask and it will make a driver's day. Thanks.

I was already disappointed with the fatty chicken they served, but because I like Panda Express, I was willing to overlook that. However, finding metal in my food is something I simply can't ignore. It’s dangerous and could have caused serious harm, even choking. It's disappointing that there seems to be a lack of care when it comes to food safety. I won’t be returning to this location, and I’m not sure if I’ll be eating at any Panda Express in the future.

Paige's behavior was very disrespectful, and her tone really upset me. The customer service was poor.

The service was extremely poor. The only explanation given was that the cashier was the sole person attending to customers. She had just one other customer, yet we ended up waiting at the drive-thru for 25 minutes. Additionally, the food was misrepresented.
