Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I had a quick and easy experience picking up my order using the Popeyes app. My order was ready in no time. The inside of the restaurant was clean, and the staff were kind and friendly.

The chicken was much greasier than usual. The service was good, but I noticed that the portion sizes for the meal combos have changed. They now come with only one side instead of two or three.

I visited the drive-thru and was greeted quickly with a friendly upsell suggestion. Using a coupon, I was able to purchase 10 pieces of bone-in chicken, 2 sides, and 5 biscuits for just $17.99. The chicken was hot and fresh, and the red beans and rice had a nice, consistent texture.

The waiting period was overly long for each order before us. I think they could have been overwhelmed by some big and complicated orders. The food was excellent, but they were out of a few things. Lunch on Sunday.

I really like the red beans and rice. I always have to order the family size. The chicken is also amazing. Something on the expensive side, but what is not a day now.
