Taco John's - Cape Girardeau

The line at this Taco Bell location always wraps around the building, which is manageable for me. I don't mind waiting, but after being in line for over 30 minutes, I expect better service. When I pulled up to the menu, the person on the speaker asked me to hold on, and I waited for 10 minutes without any updates. Finally, I interrupted and was told to go ahead with my order. I ordered a Deluxe Nacho Fry Box, requesting meat and cheese only for everything. While they got most of my order right, the chalupa was a disaster. I checked two of the four items before leaving (everything except the chalupa) and assumed the rest was fine, but it wasn’t. The chalupa was slathered in sour cream. I would take it back, but I live 30 minutes away from the nearest Taco Bell, and I’m not going to waste gas and an hour of my time because of staff incompetence. The burrito was nearly empty, just a tortilla with hardly any filling. Plus, the cup of nacho cheese for the nacho fries was only a third full. It was utterly ridiculous, and I won’t be coming back.

Terrible experience! How difficult is it to order three Burrito Supremes without sour cream and two drinks? Instead, I received three tacos! I hope the person behind me enjoyed the meal that I paid for but didn't get!

Absolutely delightful! The staff is very friendly, and the property is beautiful. It's perfect for everyone, featuring lovely fire pits and tent areas. The bathrooms are clean, and there's a nice store on-site. It's a quiet and peaceful place to enjoy. Highly recommended!

Fast, friendly service. Although we arrived in the midst of Cape Girardeaus lunch rush, there staffing made sure its long line moved quickly. The staff was polite and the food was great. Most definitely satisfied. ????

Waited in line for almost 15 minutes, told her i wanted a crunchwrap with no cheese sauce, then asked her to repeat it to me which she did then went to the window and she said crunchwrap with no tomato and i told her once again no cheese sauce. couldnot have been more upset when i took a bite and got cheese WITH TOMATOS, after i asked for both to be taken off. will not becoming here again.
