The Craft House Gastropub Butler

I’m giving this restaurant 2 stars because they managed to fulfill basic needs. However, the service was quite poor and the food didn’t meet expectations. Normally, I tip around 25% for average service, but in this case, I only left a few dollars, and that’s just because I’m feeling generous. There are plenty of better options just 2 miles north.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. It took over an hour to receive our food, and they forgot my vegetable side, so I had to ask for it. The steak was clearly cooked from frozen—tough and far from good. My daughter's chicken nuggets were awful, and the tacos were unappetizing as well.

The food and atmosphere are fantastic! I particularly enjoy the pretzels with the honey mustard dip. The nachos are great as well!

This is NOT bar food, it's restaurant quality, perfectly cooked, and carefully crafted. Alan, the chef, goes out of his way to get it right! Broiled cod is not on the menu, but he prepared it, and it was moist, tender, and flavorful. The zucchini medleywas perfectly seasoned and cooked to just tender. We are so happy that he brought the Bread Pudding back! It's delicious andserved nice and warm in a cast iron pan! Thank you, Alan, for providing amazing dishes in the most unexpected place!

This restaurant features multiple large screens, perfect for watching your favorite sports events, complemented by a strong sound system that enhances the experience. They offer daily food and drink specials, along with a second evening Happy Hour from 7:30 to 9:30 PM, where you can enjoy half-priced craft drinks. Additionally, they provide free access to pool tables on Sundays.
