The Southerner - Cape Girardeau

Nice restaurant with some items that were a new turn for us. The deviled eggs prepared 3 ways were an interesting take on this dish and the flavors were alive and well worked together. The steaks were very good, with a steak house. Conveniently located in the Hotel Drury Inn Plaza, it was a pleasant culinary experience.

I love The Southerner. The brussel sprouts are with bacon and onion that smells savory taste and tastes amazing. The meat is also really good. I didn't take a photo of the meat leaflets of the spits, but I got a photo of the Crispy Fried Pickle plates. They were delicious. The catering here is also great. Look at this place safely.

My husband and I had an excellent culinary experience in The Southerner. The atmosphere was great and our server was great.

This has become my go to spot for dinner when I visit Cape Girardeau. The food is so good! They use the perfect amount of spices to make the flavor remind you of a meal your grandmother would cook. The waiter was on point. He was very polite and quick.
