Mary-ann's Natural Emporium - Cape Town

I always love my experience at Mary-Ann’s! The coffee is great and the plant-based food is out of this world delicious! I often take my laptop to work here, WiFi is strong. PS, their gluten free bread is a must try. I highly recommend this little local cafe :

We had a wonderful lunch at Mary-Ann's Emporium today and I am so impressed with their menu options. As someone who follows a gluten and dairy free diet, it was a welcome change to be able to find so many delicious options to choose from. The food was well prepared and full of flavour, making it the best vegan dining experience I have ever had. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a delicious and inclusive meal.

Mary-Ann's lunch buffet is a must try if you're ever in the area. Absolutely delicious with lots to choose from. Warning: if you choose the more expensive plate you'll eat too much, but it'll be worth it. Just make sure you wear pants with a inelastic waist or a kaftan and you'll be fine. LOL

Great restaurant with a lot to offer. had the small platebuffet (one aid) for 75R....well worth it.
