Pizza Hut Kenilworth - Cape Town

I really enjoy Pizza Hut, and my favorite location is the Rondebosch branch. The pizza there is fantastic—definitely the best! I love the flavor.

I made my first order at Pizza Hut during the busy hours and I must say, the service was efficient. The pizzas were ready within 30 minutes for my pickup.

Great pizza. Freshly prepared and the fries are always so crispy. Variety of menu options to choose from including vegetarian, chicken meat options. You can also choose the kind of pizza base that you want and there is an option of creating your own pizza by choosing your favorite toppings. Garlic bread and chicken wings are also delicious. Staff are friendly. Open till late every day. Delivery options available. Outside seating and adequate parking is available. Free wifi is also available outside.

Good food and efficient cooking times. But they always seem understaffed nobody dedicated to staying at the counter. The delivery guys also often crowd the till and counter while they're waiting for their orders which is unpleasant for other customers.

I ordered via bolt, the order was ment to take 32 minutes we waited 1hr 10 minutes to get the pizzas. When you have children waiting for food this is too long. The food arrived ice cold, late as well as the order was messed up we didn't get the toppings we ordered. This was my first time to try pizza hut. It will definitely be my last as the pizza was the worst i have tasted. Neither me nor the little one didn't finish it. Bolt on top of it could only apologise and offer a R15 credit. I havw asked them to keep ot and try this restaurants pizza and use my credit.
