Contribuisci feedbackI ordered a #5 on the menu through the ride thru at 7:00 today. When I came home, I found that. Just the rolls. This is very disappointing because the box fil a is known for its great service. There is not even a sign of something else prepared to go between the rolls.
? I was just about to eat my very tasty salad when I saw a cord that I picked up and it was a very long hair strand I tasted so annoying, I'm going out to stick to Nuggets Fries, wasted my cunning money!
I ordered a medium frit and the frits were not filled up (the frits in white). I went back and asked if what I was given was a full portion and I was told it wasn't and they would give me new pommes. I say thank you for going to my car when I come to my car, I see that instead of buying me a medium frit like I, they gave me a small frit and they were extremely salty smh. I frequent chickfila DAILY but this is my first time at this point. And I will definitely not return to this place. When you order Fritten, I suggest you double check them and if they fix Thier error, triple check to ensure.
The last five visits I ordered curbside through the app and every time I waited 30 minutes for my order as well as missing items from my online order. I could have just walked through the drive, but it was so quick. This location is on the hill and it seems as if the runners are not interested in work. I will say they do a lot on foot, but suck your teeth because we do not get something is not the best to show a customer.
The only issue was the drive thru wait, but it was closing time so that was no surprise. Food delicious as usual.
