Olive Garden Italian - Capitol Heights

I have been to this location multiple tines and it has always been a pleasurable experience. Waiters are very helpful and my food has been ready in a timely fashion and hot.

Very cold attitude from the front door staff and the server. The server was barely speaking to us. A senior staff did come and follow up but otherwise not a usual Olive-Garden experience

Food was so good last week I had to come back today , server was very good and quick . The hosts are very kind .

We dined here last Saturday. It was the absolute worst experience. First, the wait was 45 minutes to be seated at a table with no dining wear. No waiter for at least 15 minutes because he was on break.Continuing, the young lady who was not of age verbally stated she could only get us non- alcoholic drinks, and couldn’t take out food orders. Disappointing when our waiter finally arrived he was not to communicative of tone. There was no clean silverware.Lastly, we were given plastic ware. Very dissatisfying. Requested a manager from a very rude young lady at the front who didn’t arrive. Then requested from a different hostess a manager, and he came, and only offered to remove an appetizer. Absolutely not accommodating at all after we spent over $150.00. Not returning to this location.The food was not of good quality like other locations I have visited.

Celebrated my Mom's birthday there, the food was good, the service was great, won't to thank the staff so much for their assistance in putting up a few decorations. Everyone enjoyed thierselves very much. So thank you for making my Mom's 98th birthday so special.
