La Cage - Cap-Rouge Canada

I should have checked the reviews before ordering for food at this restaurant through uber. No utensils provided and water that I ordered was not in the package. Fries were cold, the hot spicy chicken wings (911) I ordered were not hot at all.I enjoyed my food at la cage in Montreal but this one in Quebec City is just an embarrassment.

4 stars were for the very kind service staff. Bang bang shrimp was battered shrimp over salad and rice. Dish needs a much better sauce coating the shrimp to be made right. Baked. Potatoes need to be cooked better, mine had been precooked , needs to be done better.

The waitress was amazing , very friendly and attentive service. The food was absolutely amazing. Our entire party of 5 people had a great experience … we will definitely eat here again!!! 10

Waitress rude, waiter rude, food average, price expensive. Staff ignored us to the point that we had finished eating 20 minutes prior to just getting up and headed to front counter to announce we were leaving and it was up to them or not to bring us our bill before we just left, at that point I didn't care anymore. They pretended that they could not understand us even after we switched to speaking French. They knew we were English speaking and treated us like we were 2nd class citizens. This place is horrible and was a place I would warn people to stay away from. Totally different experience than we had when we were at a la cage in Bell Centre in Montreal a couple of years ago, this place and staff were deplorable and LaCage should be ashamed to have them as their staff. I would give them a ZERO if it was an option. Be aware, you have been warned. Best of luck if you choose to go.

Bad customer service. Everything sucks, stay away from this place, the worst place to go to. There are much better places elsewhere. Never going back again! Keep your money for yourself or support other businesses that really deserve the effort!
