After waiting 1h15 they didn't come to ask us if we wanted to redo our order because there had been a mistake on the order, not much after 1h15
Today December 15The N-bar is closed for private eventsNo problem we're going to the dining room. After 15 minutes no one came to our table, my partner went to ask for service at the entrance, a man arrived 2 minutes later asking us what are you having? No hello, no glass of water, another wait of at least 10 minutes without receiving anything. We left and had the decency to notify reception. This was our first visit to this Normandin and it is certain that we will not return there again
We had reservations this afternoon for 12 people. In the group, there were 4 of us who ordered the Goat Quinoa bowl. Shortly after our order, our kind waitress came back to tell us that they no longer had quinoa, that it could be replaced by rice. We accept all 4, so as not to slow down the service. The other 8 people were served first. A man, supposedly the manager, came and brought us 4 bowls including rice, edamame, red pepper, cucumber, chicken and dry cheese sticks (possibly fried noodles, it's hard to tell) . The fact remains that when we mentioned to him that it was not what we had ordered, he replied that they no longer had what we needed in the kitchen to make our order, and that this was what they had chosen to do as a replacement! We were so surprised that we didn't say anything at the time. The rice was very hard, the chicken dry, the edamame was undercooked and the fried noodles/cheese sticks were extremely dry! We told our waitress that when we were told there was no more quinoa, it would have been nice to tell us that there was no longer our choice altogether. The 4 meals were not charged… honestly we would have preferred to choose ourselves what we were going to eat and pay for!
Good service from the waitress who is on her 4th shift in the restaurant. I sincerely wish him a new employer. 11:40 we order our eggs (table d’hôte) 12:55 finally served… The manager (Rénald) timidly comes to apologize for the delay as an amateur. No action on his part to apologize, quite ordinary. Sorry my Rénald, that really smacks of denotions.THANKS!
