Contribuisci feedbackIt's in the Old Quebec area, a very fancy restaurant with very nice little details. They serve a very yummy cuisine. I ate pizza, and alfredo with smoked salmon. For the Americans, large pizza is not large as they get used to. But thin crust and delicious. The waitress was very smart and managed everything in time.
Being Italian I don't have high expectations for pizza outside of Italy, but this pizza positively surprised me! The crust was just right in taste and texture, they topping were generous but not overpowering and the vegan cheese tasty and not gooey like some I've tried. You can add vegan cheese to any pizza you want and you're able to modify the toppings to your preference. Overall great experience and I would definitely come back. One note for the management: we ordered a veggie pizza without any cheese which was taking longer than the other two. Upon enquiring, the waiter told us that they mistakenly put some vegan cheese on the third one and after realizing their mistake, threw it away and made a new one. While this might be common practice, it is also a very wasteful one. We would have happily accepted the pizza with the extra topping if the waiter came to us and explained the situation before throwing it away. Food waste is way too common in the industry and this one was very avoidable.
Parmesan Cheese Fondue and a Flaming Creme Brulee... What more can a Girl want! . This beautiful restaurant is located just steps from the Chateau Frontenac in (Old) Quebec City! . It is a two-story restaurant with a beautiful interior of original stone walls and French styled windows. . Food was absolutely delicious (the ingredients were very fresh) and the service was amazing! . I must say, it was so refreshing to see an owner hustle and bustle with his team. It truly shows how much he cared about his restaurant and his customers. . Merci Beaucoup @polinapizzeria for such a beautiful evening. . . I Will be back again. We both will be back again.
Wasn’t initially excited for you Italian when the fam wanted to go here, but it definitely exceeded my expectations! The fondue appetizer is incredible, as is the ensalats cesare. The pizza could’ve maybe used a little more seasoning? But was still quite good.
Lives up to all the good reviews. The atmosphere was nice and the service was friendly, however it was very slow. Not sure if being seated downstairs was the reason, but our Mediterranean salad (which was fresh and delicious with the right amount of dressing) made it to our table before our drinks. The large Bolognese pizza was meaty, full of flavour and the perfect size to share. Highly recommend stopping by, I’m glad we did!
