The veggie tacos are very tasteful with quinoa, mais and broccoli. they can get tacos, bowls or burritos all veganized.

Everything except the quesadillas can be made vegan and the personal is familiar with how to change. the Veggie protein option is a really delicious mix of sweet and quinoa.
