Massive UNESCO world heritage site with a great vibe! You can see the ancient structure along with the mortal remains of the St. Francis Xavier. They even have some fun informative paid shows related to the basilica history. It’s written ‘Photography Prohibited Inside’ but still I found people clicking pictures of the interiors A must-visit if you are in Goa!
It's a beautiful and fascinating church to look at from the outside. It is free to enter the place. The area around the church is super beautiful too, and decorated with palmtrees and little paths . Once you go inside the church you're not allowed to record or take pictures. There wasn't really anything to look at in the church. Would probably rate it a 3 star on the inside and a 5 star on the outside/surroundings . Can recommend if you're fascinated by architecture and religion . The place is crowded during day time. Overall a fine experience
