Pacha Hunta - Caraz

To find the place, drive west to San Martin from Plaza de Armas. You pass the restaurant Entre Panes on the right side and after another 30 meters Pacha Hunta will appear on the right side (via a bakery). I visited during lunchtime (they are open for lunch from 12:00 2:00). The price for the lunch menu is extremely good only 7.50 Soles. This includes 1. soup/salade natural juice, 2nd main dish (they had three options of which I chose turkey with rice and garbanzo beans), 3. a dessert. The salad was fresh, the main dish tasted good, but the dessert was a little disappointing (only Gelantin/Yell O). But for the price, the food was definitely good. Important was the restaurant clean and tidy.

My husband and I live nearby, and we are here many times; Especially for the pollen broaster they serve in the evening, but occasionally for their lunch card. They recently moved to a new place near their old location and decorated it beautifully; no longer only strong with cement floors.
