A Torre - Carballo

The combination of attentive service, varied menu and wonderful ingredients in the hands of chef Mario made this restaurant a highlight of our holiday.

The restaurant is part of the historical Manor House. All of the food served can be traced back to a local provider. The vegetables and fruits are from the Pazo's own gardens and orchard. The staff are very attentive and speak English. In luxury surroundings it is very easy to relax and this is helped by a good supply of excellent wines. Certainly a place to visit more than once.
