Contribuisci feedbackThe only reason she got a star is because there was no slot for zero. After waiting for the delivery for over an hour, my order was wrong. I called on to complain/correct the matter, and I received lies and attitude from the manager from the very beginning. Very bad customer satisfaction and customer service. Then after she went back and forth for a while, she finally tells me that she can correct my order and sent it, but it would take a while because they were very busy, I said well. 10-15 minutes later she calls again and says she forgot to tell me she had to collect the old pizza to do that. During this pandemic, you want to tell me you want to get a pizza back? I told her she had something left and she went back. After waiting for an hour, my children starved and had already begun to eat the pizza. I've never experienced such a stance and I'm just not worried about the customer. I usually buy somewhere else and that just showed me why. Everyone makes mistakes, but being a business/French, you need to be able and ready to correct these errors. I'm very disappointed with Carbondale Papa John's tonight.
