Great place to bowl and hang out with friends and there cheap too

What a great place. It’s closer than the Carterville bowling alley, a significant plus if you live in the Carbondale Murphysboro area!This bowling alley is located on Southern Illinois University Carbondale campus at the student center building, which also houses a few restaurants when open and a Starbucks.I must first shout out to the manager Tracy, who is always helpful, friendly, and welcoming!There are vending machines before you get to the bowling alley that has drinks and snacks.There is no food inside the bowling alley, but the bowling alley does have a vending machine filled with Pepsi products that accept cash or credit cards, and they also have another vending machine if you forget your socks for around $4 bucksThis is a small bowling alley, but large enough to enjoy. They also offer games in the adjacent room, such as a pool table.On different days they have cosmic bowling, and also unlimited bowling options. An excellent place for a family with children. It is accessible to people with disabilities. Adaptive equipment such as ball ramps, and bumpers are available upon request.I will attach pictures of the handout that gives you more information on what’s offered day to day there’s always something going on!

Really nice been in student center forever . Maintained well. Has an esport center but you really need to be a gamer to enjoy.

I love the place, especially on Saturday and Sunday to play snooker and listen to music American Top 40 (during 1984 to1989). I miss SIU so much.

Reasonable prices and always a fun crowd bowling. Place is always clean and well kept. Just overall this is the best student center I've been to at any university.
