Taco Bell - Carbondale

Came here to order food rude employees the food is always cold don't come here

Love Taco Bell in Carbondale, the staff is always so nice, very fast!!

Ordered two burritos, one with avocado ranch. Pull up in the drive thru, grab my food. Looked at burritos. Nothing was marked to determine which one had ranch. Lady says ?they are definitely marked? the man working the drive thru took them back. I seen themunwrap the burrito put ranch in one and handed them back to me, without making a new one, (toppings go in specific order whenworking at Taco Bell . I looked at them again and now they?re mushed smaller, meat and cheese is bursted out the sides. I pullback through and said ?I?m sorry but I just came through and now my burritos are squished?. The lady goes ?well they definitelyaren?t suppose to be perfect?. Lol I?m sorry what???? I would like something at least decent and edible. If you want inflatedprices and I guess squished burritos 2nd time going around made by a cracked lady in carbondale. This is the place then! :

Every time I go here, there?s a different thing wrong. I ask for tomatoes, I don?t get tomatoes. I ask for sour cream, gets charged for sour cream and DONT get sour cream. PLEASE LISTEN AND READ THE ORDERS. I give so many chances and you mess it upevery time.
