I don't know where to begin with this amazing experience! Antica Australis is a hidden culinary treasure. Kelly Paolo has done a fantastic job of creating a cozy atmosphere, combined with heartfelt stories that bring each dish to life, making it a truly unique dining experience. The locally sourced food is outstanding and the 'Locanda' style of service eliminates the fear of missing out on any dishes as they are all served at once to all diners. I highly recommend this restaurant!

What an amazing experience at Antica, which isn’t surprising at all since Kelly is a superb host and Paolo cooks amazing Ciocarian feast. Their AGFG Chef Hat is absolutely well deserved. It makes such a wonderful weekend away visiting Carcoar and the Orange region. The fact that Antica is BYO is even better, do yourself a favour and enjoy a long lunch at Antica. We have been big fans of Kelly and Paolo since their Silver Compass days and they never fail us Kelly was also very understanding when we had to cancel a previous booking due to COVID. Can't wait to visit Antica again.
