Luckily my two sons and I stumbled across this quirky little boozer, with a selection of craft beers, suitable for even the pickiest of pallets All of which were complimented beautifully by some pub grub that was simply out of this world! I had a lamb burger with halloumi, which was delightful And my boys worked their way through some rarebit toast and homemade chips. The staff were brilliant, and there was even a highchair available. Thanks everyone! If we're ever in the area again we'll be sure to pop in! Thanks, Simon, Staci and Jobi x
The local beer is usually a bit pricier, but fortunately, they have a great selection of spirits which I enjoy. The food is reasonably priced, delicious, and well-prepared, with a good variety of vegan options. The atmosphere is a bit lacking in excitement.
Great location with excellent customer service. Charlie was fantastic, very charming and funny. I would definitely recommend him for a promotion.
Underwhelming selection of beers and overpriced. Staff are consistently rude and seem to know very little about the beer they sell. The interior of the pubs has gone down hill significantly since the days of Small Bar and everything seems a bit tatty and shabby. I was particularly disappointed given that I stumped up £100 to help Crowdfund this bar!
Visited for the first time with my friends and my dad on his “stag”... there were four of us and the person behind the bar gave a lecture to my dad explaining that he doesn’t allow stags and that he pretty much hated the fact that we were in his bar.. the average age of our group is 57! complete and utter rudeness. Will never return to this bar!
