Costa Coffee - Cardiff

I honestly have no idea where these reviews come from cleanliness and bad service. I visited this costa regularly for over a year and never had any problems. in the did, I would say it is the friendly, consistently good quality and clean costa I was too! if you see this place very busy in the retail park, then it is better to consider how efficient the workers are in cleansing areas and each time prepare a good coffee (sometimes fight other caffes.) I often visit on a Saturday/Sunday morning, at its maximum the personal here is phenomenal and the friendly baristas. they always have a smile on their face, even if it is hard and provide great service throughout the year. love it!

In a conversation with a friend I sent my son (age 10) to the theke today to order his own hot chocolate. a few minutes later the server came to our table to force him to say how he was the polite youngest she had ever served, made my day!

We use this costa every time we are in the opposite. it is a very busy shop so mindful when they go at peak times. the queues are sometimes long, but they come through you pretty fast. the tables were all cleaned within a few minutes when we visited yesterday. drinking and eating were great. personal nice and friendly. let's go!
