Just ordered a donner and chips on deliveroo , great service food is amazing fast delivery customer service is 5 star , thank you pizza mania I will be ordering again :

When they make a mistake, they refuse to rectify it, won't reimburse you when they are at fault, won't use them again

Terrible customer service, sent out chocolate cake with no use by date or lable showing ingredients. When I phone was told by manager that next time I ordered he would credit back my £6. When I phoned was told had to order £20 so that they could give me this back. Original order only cost £16. Manager would not even come on phone to speak to me. Will never order from them again.

Missing dips which were paid for not ideal. No active number to call for them to correct any mistakes. Won't be ordering again.

Absolutely shocking service. Waited over 1.5 hours for food. Decided to leave as I had later plans and it arrived as I left. Lost 15£ for the worst delivery experience of my life
