Lewis Arms - Cardiff

The Lewis Arms is a quaint pub located in the center of Tony-Wine-Glass. It's a convenient stop if you're walking along the Taff Trail.

This pub, like many village pubs, may be more welcoming to locals than to newcomers. If you are a regular, you will likely receive prompt service. However, as an outsider, you may find yourself feeling ignored, even if you have been there before.

The Lewis is usually a good choice for food, however, during my recent visits, the atmosphere was lacking and the food quality was disappointing.

We went there for lunch after a morning walk at Ffroest Fawr with 20+friends. The staff are friendly and helpful when we make the booking in advanced. It's a convenient place to dine and rest and chat with friends with the delicious food and spacious seating. The mixed grill I took was tasty out of my expectations and I finished all though I usually prone to vegetables and the potatoes fries was good. Sure will come back.:
