Please avoid this pizza shop I paid £16.50 for a large pizza chips and drinks and I didn’t even fill my family enough food was disgusting I’m so disappointed I avoid going to this place disgusting! Rip off!

Spent £30 ordered a pizza and it literally had one meat ball one thin slice of sausage and one pepperoni on each slice. How stingy can you get it won’t hurt to add a little bit more meat I’m sure you won’t go out of business if you put few more meat toppings never again. I would have been a regular your loss.

Ordered for my first time at Rocket Joes Pizza my mother phoned in to order the pizza. She is old and cannot walk far so I had get the pizza for her. Entered the shop and waited at the front desk for 3 5 minutes while they carried on in the back afraid to approach me or something like that. Finally someone approaches and decides to serve the guy behind me in the line? The guy behind collects asks for his collection order behind me and the guy serves him? Excuse me? I am then nodded at finally and ask him for my collection order despite waiting longer than the guy behind me? 0 stars for customer service. As for the pizza I bought a 12 inch turkey ham, pepperoni and black olives pizza for around £20.00. This pizza was about 29% pizza dough/crust 70% cheese and 1% tomato sauce. The olives were slightly tough and you could tell they were not fresh as if they were refrigerated. The cheese was mediocre not bad but not good I 'd say there was too much of it to be honest. Couldn 't taste the turkey ham it felt a bit dry but not bad texture wise. The pepperoni was the one good thing but it was not exceptional tasted great but again not fresh was slightly tough. The tomato sauce or what little there was atrocious. It was spread extremely thin it tasted awful to be honest it tasted like watered down tomato sauce mixed with a ton of garlic. It was the worst part of the pizza. All in all the pizza was mediocre or I 'd say under mediocre it is one of the worst tasting pizzas I have tasted to be honest and pizza is not that hard to mess up in the world of food making lets be honest. The parking is atrocious you will not easily find parking nearby you just need to get lucky. All in all with the awful first time experience from their service something which I have never experienced before in the 20+ years I have lived in Cardiff Rocket Joes now get this special trophy. The atrocious tasting pizza and the obscene cost for a small pizza at £20.00 when competitors charge better pizza and more of it for half that price. Plus the awful parking and simply driving out all that way. I cannot say I will be visiting again. Edit forgot to mention the online ordering system is a headache and doesn 't clearly layout how you customise the second pizza in a buy 1 get 1 free special offer.
