Contribuisci feedbackI had the duck with noodles, it was like a Tesco value version of their stir fry deal but at a cost of £12 for a very small overcooked portion. Between our 2 meals my friend was nearly finished when mine was served, I honestly thought they had forgotten about me which to be honest would have been a blessing. Drinks are very expensive and the seating we found awkward. This was my first and last time going to Yo both of us were very underwhelmed.
I feel bad for the younger staff here, they are short staffed and try their best BUT poor management, tiny portions, every customer is a problem. No receipt offered. The QR code has been removed so you wait an age to be served. Can’t get refills on the refillable miso.. it’s all really poor.
I had a delivery and usually it is lovely. But tonight there were TWO hairs in the food. Absolutely revolting. The salmon sashimi was also not of their usual high quality, tonight they were tasteless thick cuts. But obviously the hairs were the main problem!
I’ve visited this store numerous times. The food is impeccable but the serving staff on the other hand are nothing but the rudest servers I have ever come across. Not once have I been in and not received some form of attitude from the staff. Can’t fault the kitchen staff but the staff on the floor are not fit for customer service. The last time I came was lunchtime and the man who sat us down gave us the lunchtime special menu which states to take the cold items off the conveyer belt. And order the hot food. No one came over to the table to take any orders so I ordered the drinks and hot food items through the qr code. We picked the items that were on the specials menu. When it came to pay the bill, it was more than I calculated so I asked why this was. And the response was nothing but attitude, the man spoke to me like I was stupid and didn’t know what I was talking about. I told him that it said to take off the conveyer belt and said nothing about ordering with a server. I have never been so angry with someone speaking to me like I’m beneath them. I think this store needs to seriously train their staff or replace them altogether
Manager is so obnoxious, walked through the door to a sigh. Everything was just so much effort. Left at a table waiting, so long for service. Sigh evertime she greeted someone at the door. She was putting food into containers and licking her fingers. She constantly interrupted me when I tried to speak. When I mentioned her sighing. Sje sighed, rolled her eyes and denied it. I couldn't tolerated her behaviour and left.
