You want a REAL Italian grinding machine - don't look any further! Best Italian sub throughout the state of Maine. Fresh meat and bread. We also have chocolate desserts and they were delicious! I wish they were open later on the day I would eat here every day. I can't expect to go back! Friendly owners

This place is a Caribou gem!! Great baked goods. Great sandwiches. Very fast service and very nice owners. I have tried a few sandwiches and my favorite is the chicken salad.
