La Carreta - Cariló

We arrived and.were seated immediately. Our waiter brought a basket of bread and took our drink order within minutes. We ordered a portion of vacío from the parrilla, an ensalada de chef and a portion of papa's fritas. The food was delicious and the meat was tender. The salsa criolla and chimichurri were a party in my mouth. We enjoyed a bottle of wine that was priced well considering what we had paid in other places. We were a party of three and ate plenty with the three food items to share. Our waiter was friendly and attentive.I would recommend this restaurant.
