The menu is mostly raw, vegan, gluten-free and completely refined sugar free. I have the vegan toast toast toast a few times and they are a decent snack to let them go in the morning. update 27/08/2020: this place has recently become disappointing. the last time I was here, they didn't do any to make a vegan cheese toastia. I could finally order one today, but they hadn't all made available and so I had to change my order. the place does not seem to practice, best food treatment practices, because food preparation does not carry hair nets and the serviette on which my food was placed was taken by the front counter, which is left in open and customer-view. the place itself also looks down and quite unpleasant. there are usually also excess camps over and around the counter. eating itself is quite good, but overpriced. probably not coming back soon. updated by previous review on 2021-06-18

Service is always fast and the staff is friendly. I love eating and the açai bowls are the best I had!

I could finally order one today, but they did not have all the ingredients available and so I had to change my order. The place does not seem to practice best food treatment practices, as food processors do not wear hair nets and the napkin to which my food was placed was taken by the front counter that is left in open and customer view. The place itself also looks down and quite unpleasant. There are usually excess bearings over and around the counter. Eating itself is pretty good, but too expensive. Probably not come back soon. I went to a smoothie bar after the gym and had a disappointing experience. The girl at the counter was more focused on texting than helping me, so I had to say hello to get her attention. Eventually, a red-headed guy with tattoos came over to assist me. When I asked about the protein used in the smoothies due to my lactose intolerance, he seemed annoyed and simply said they use Wpi and vegan options. I pressed for more details on the lactose content, but he didn't seem knowledgeable. Despite his lack of helpfulness, I decided to go with the Wpi option that appeared to be low in lactose. The quality of customer service was poor, and the $11 choc peanut butter smoothie I ordered was unimpressive. Overall, not a great experience at this establishment.

I have never written a bad review except for today. I hate do it but I have feedback that I think needs to be shared. A busy Saturday lunch hour and two young girls doing their absolute best but out of their depth. (No fault of their own). They were very polite in the midst of being put in what appeared to be an awful position by whoever manages this place. No salad bowls and no made to order açai bowls. Which is their business! Ordered the toast only to be then told there was also no avocado. This is all a management issue and I beg you to please not put those young girls in the position they were left in today. I was extremely polite to them but I would hate to think how a less understanding customer would react. I received a refund for my order in the end.I sincerely hope things improve.
