I can't believe I didn't try this place sooner! It was a delightful surprise. The ingredients were fresh and the sandwiches were well-crafted. I will definitely be returning!

Artisan sandwiches<br/ <br/ This cool sandwich bar has a great menu which has something to please everyone you can also choose between short (6 inches), long (11 inches) or lettuce (for the carbophobics like me). My husband and I shared a long Halfbrick (chicken, bacon, tomato, lettuce avocado) sandwich, and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup for lunch. The bread was chewy and had an artisan feel about it, and the fillings were really good quality. The broccoli cheddar soup was terrific. We thought that the prices were very reasonable and the staff were really friendly.

We parked outside and popped in to buy a bottle of water on this sweltering day. Instead of coming out with only water, and a brownie, we discovered another wonderful HEALTHY stop option. So refreshing to hear how proud they are of their all hand/homemade foods. We WILL be back!

Of course l got the beef brisket flatgrill and of course l wasn't disappointed. It was amazing. So much flavour. Came with pickles and coleslaw and l loved everything about it. The service was great too. Very friendly.

Best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Angry I’m not in Briss longer to eat here more. The menu is so big and the food so delicious wish I had a chance to try the soups.
