Contribuisci feedbackI ordered delivery from Menu Log for KFC Greenslopes. Unfortunately, everything was packed in one bag, causing the cold drink and coleslaw to mix with the hot chicken, chips, and potato gravy. By the time it was delivered, all the packaging was soggy and the food was cold, the drink was warm, and the coleslaw was thick and tasted funny. I checked the date and saw that it was labeled 'best before TOMORROW', which seemed abnormal. This will be my first and last time ordering from there.
This KFC in Brisbane is one of the worst, if not the worst, in the area. Each time we visit, we question why we continue to return. The staff lacks care and proper customer service training, and the managers offer no guidance to the inexperienced employees taking orders. During our recent visit, we went through the drive-thru and had to repeat our order twice to the order taker. Upon reaching the service window, we waited for 3-4 minutes without any acknowledgment, despite the manager and other employees being visible and busy. Our order was incorrect when we received it, with my kids' burger having two top buns. The overall lack of care and attention is evident. If I were KFC, I would send franchise managers to improve the store quickly. We will not be returning and will opt for Annerley or KP locations instead, as Greenslopes is subpar.
The service was quick and the food was great... every time I go through the drive through I always seem to have the food in my hands within 5 minutes
In terms of food quality, KFC doesn't really qualify as actual food. It's not that the staff at this specific location are inadequate or anything, but generally speaking, this type of food is not highly nutritious.
28 minutes for 5 boxes of chipsI don't know I need to say any more than that.
