Come here all the time when I want good, freshfish and chips. Family owned business and they’re always so lovely and welcoming.

Seafood Platter in Mt. Gravatt East have a simple small menu, use fresh ingredients, and generous portions. The owners are always welcoming and friendly. They also have better prices than any of the other Seafood Platter franchises I've visited. It's not a fancy cafe by any means. The food is always consistently well cooked. The grilled barramundi is excellent. I usually like to include a critique in my praise, but they are a perfect version of what they are. <br/

Great local chip shop. Lovely, friendly service- the old school kind you got back in the 80s. Decent food at good prices. Nothing fancy or mind blowing, but it's definitely a good feed

Got fish and chips for a family takeaway treat. It was all cooked well and chips were very tasty. After all the years it’s been here, still serving up good takeaway. Just be mindful, it gets busy and wait times can be a bit long but they do try to get through the orders as soon as possible. Great, friendly, staff.

Ok so it’s not boujiee and a “brand” like most food places are famous for these days- but it’s just… the best. So cheap for quantity quality, little tables outside to eat at, and super nice staff. Definitely my favourite fish chip shop around, back to basics, simple, homely and a great deal.
