I ordered 2 raw salmon rolls, 1 spicy chicken roll, 1 spicy thunfish roll and 4 sweet-sep-fan cake and they loaded $37.7 . last time I could get my money back from the staff without apologise. it was very crowded and could not ask for the reception this time. cheat, everyone please check before they pay with the card as we often order a lot, so it is hard to appreciate their payment. Never come to this place again.
Only had two lachs nigiri (was ok) two prawn panko (both tasted like them deep fritted on the day before mayo was not fresh, the prawn tasted old. went to grab serviette, but did not know where to grab the metalbox as it had old crusty sauce markings around them. I brought it to the young on the attention that then noticed that it turned the box as if it was nothing wrong with it. sarcastically say, "I will do it right." put the box down to serve the next customer.

Sushi is always fresh, but the sushi roll sizes have significantly reduced. almost child portion size now. of course cost reductions with increasing trips. raise her game sushi sushi.
Worst experience ever, no sign stating a Sunday surcharge of 15% of total order. When I asked about it, the kid at the counter was rude and advised that the system automatically charges in a terrible rude tone, the same kid who didnt offer me a receipt. I requested the manager and she was kind enough to explain the breakdown. I still think its robbery to charge 15% of total order on a busy Sunday. Never ever buying from this greedy chain again.
