Love this local bagel place. Fast and reliable. Just a word of caution for the owner: If you hire kids and they get an order wrong, please remind them that it's nothing personal. Customers just want what they paid for! No need for eye rolling or getting upset. It's just bagels
I tried to order this restaurant from door Dash on the website by the way I entered the order I ordered six extra bagels and the restaurant called me and wanted to make sure what kind of bagels I wanted and then they said that I had ordered a dozen and they didn't have enough they ran out.... so I asked them to substitute something else... 6 worth of chicken salad for the extra bagels and instead of doing that they canceled my entire order and my order an 80 order. It was 12noon on Wednesday Sept. 1st. so I don't know if they just didn't wanna work or not but they canceled my order after calling and after I spoke with a male at first then he handed me off to a female that said she will see what we can do...I said substitute six dollars worth of anything for the bagels...chicken cutlets...grilled chicken...I gave a few things that would be ok...then I get notified that my order was canceled. I find that very rude. They didn't even have the courtesy to call me back and tell me. VERY RUDE VERY POOR WAY TO RUN YOUR BUSINESS. And now I'm even more starving and have to order 80 worth of food from another place. So I ordered from LongIsland Bagel Cafe A little more expensive but at least I got my order and everything was correct as well. JJ needs to take a class on manners and business 101. Sooooooooooo uncool !!!
Best eat and but there a dame complains about a broken threat that she just makes crazy? wild people, but great and amazing update on the deli
When you order from grubhub they do not want to help you make the order right. I ordered something specifically stating To not put something on and they assume it's okay to put something else on it that I didn't even want in the first place. You would think as a manager John would like to help out his customers instead of just arguing with them over the phone. Poor service all around.
