The Butcher Place - CARLE PLACE

This is a fantastic restaurant with helpful staff. They accommodate custom orders without any issues, and I've never encountered a problem with hot food; it's always served fresh.

I ordered a New Yorker hero that was advertised as a special for $10.99. When the guy rang me up, he said the total was $13.84. I questioned him about the price, and he explained it was because it was served on a hero. I pointed out the sign that listed all the prices for heroes. He then informed me that prices had increased and there was nothing he could do about it. So it seems that this violation of the law is acceptable to them. Consumer Affairs should be informed about this situation!

I had a fantastic sandwich and enjoyed a wonderful atmosphere, but the highlight was the exceptional customer service. I typically call ahead for a quick pickup, and I really appreciate the great service—thank you!
